AR9 Kit
The AR9 Kit is a gas-powered airsoft solution designed for use with any of the many different semi-automatic Airsoft guns. Designed to fit in the palm of your hand, the kit features a pistol-like grip, with a short forearm, butt pad and a magazine well that can be loaded using typical Airsoft small boxes. When not in use, the magazine well and butt pad spring are detachable. This means you never have to worry about losing your spare magazine or ever wondering where you put it again.
The AR9 Kit features a high speed AEG type pistol that is similar to the ones found in most military units. Internally, the kit uses a spring clip instead of the typical pistol clips typically used by Airsoft guns. It features a standard m4 style rifle style magazine well that accepts standard m4 style magazines, including some Tokyo Marui Mews BBBr magazines. Due to its magazine well, the AR9 Kit also includes an extendable Magazine Catch, which is a two-stage retractable magazine well that allows for easy magazine feeding. It features an internal folding platform, allowing for a fast attachment to most types of AEGs, such as the Nylon AR-556, Steiner AR Sniper rifles and the Steiner ARXplorer II.
In addition to magazine feeding, the AR9 Kit can be used for multiple firing options. Standard Remanufacturing (SR) is one of these firing modes, as the kit is fitted with a standard mainspring that can be reused after being ejected from the gun. Standard Remanufacturing firing is limited to semi automatics only due to magazine capacity and limitations placed on the materials used to construct the rifle. A new style of AR-9 is being manufactured, which utilizes a pin valve to replace the magazine well instead of a spring. This magazine well, called the "AR Recoil Valve" (ARPV), is act designed to accept almost any type of standard AR-type magazine and features a pin valve for cycle counting.
The AR9 has a unique magazine well system that allows it to be used in a semi-automatic rifles as well as a fully automatic rifle. The magazine well, which is a per design, allows for the user to select different cycle counting from one to five. A Cycle counting allows the user to determine how many BB's should be loaded into the rifle before the next shot. Using this feature, the user can cycle through the rounds without having to load additional rounds into the rifle, thus reducing the need to load the rifle's magazine again after each shot. Some models of the AR9 have a feature that allows a fixed magazine well to be attached to the bottom of the rifle for added stability; however, these models require an actual fixment to the rifle in order to attach the magazine well.
An important component of the AR9 conversion kit is the Carbine Assembler (CA). The CA performs all necessary function of the carbine and is the most significant piece of equipment that includes the carbine as well as the parts kit. The CA is a lightweight, portable device that is designed to assemble the parts of the carbine, including the bolt carrier, as well as the seating and other critical parts of the carbine. Some AR9s may have a removable or detachable Magazine Well that is used in conjunction with the carbine as a source of ammunition.
The AR9 is a high-quality, fully automatic AEG with a wide selection of features that include slam fire functions, flip-up bbs, adjustable hop up, and programmable options. The AR9 accent build kit is specifically engineered to provide the maximum ease of use with the least possibility of frustration when assembling the carbine. The kit is compatible with the majority of standard AR15 upper receiver parts and is available at most major distributors.
